How the Ninja Warrior Run Rental works:
First, contestants will start by running up the ramp. Second, they will use the hand holds on the plastic wall to make their way down the first side. The only safe areas to touch the floor are the green areas, and there is one at the end of the wall. Third, they will turn left and run across four parkours, across three raised platforms, and reach the next green zone. Fourth comes the arm strength test. The next section is made up of cheese boards, hand rings and trapeze. Fifth, after the arm test, they will run across a balance beam and a seesaw ramp.
Lastly, the contestants have to make a run for it! Essentially, will run as fast as they can to reach the top of either the 6′ warped wall or the tougher 8′ warped wall. Also, once they reach the top, press the finish button, which sets off the smoke cannon and a cloud of steam. The Ninja Warriors run rental will determine bragging rights for the day!
